Quest Guard offers every agency a complete OMAT™ support team. In cooperation with SecureAlert we have developed a Support system to assist in training and support of the OMAT™ applications software. Our OMAT™ certified operators will assist court officials in understanding issues with the client's programs.

Quest Guard establishes regional Enrollment, Service, and Support centers in your community to accommodate a 24 hour, 7 day a week capability for in the field service and warranty repair services. Quest Guard does this for all our clients
- We maintain a 24 hour, 7 day a week National Monitoring Center
- We maintain regional centers for offender enrollments and releases
- All warranty repairs are completed in the field or at our regional center at no cost to the client
- Field technicians are available to complete equipment repairs or replacements anywhere in a client’s geographical area for any non-warranty related issues to assure that offenders are always being Tracked**
- We work with all our clients to fully customize a program to fit their particular agencies tracking and budgetary requirements
